SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?

 

All our products are made to order. This means that they are individually made especially for you, 

Once your order is placed, and we receive payment, you will receive a confirmation email of your order. Your order then starts to be processed. Processing times on average take up to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

You will receive another email notification when your order is shipped.

 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

 

Our shipping time is approximately 3 weeks but can take a little longer depending on your location. A comprehensive list of countries we ship to, with approximate shipping times can be found below.

 

We know you will be excited to receive your order and we want you to receive it as soon as possible but occasionally delays happen that are out of our control. such as strikes, holiday postal congestion, bad weather etc. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@rebelheartboots.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

 

As different countries have different Customs Duties and Laws of Taxation it is possible that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes when your order reaches your destination country. Rebel Heart Boots SARL is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status.*  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

* Tracking is available for the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Brazil, Mexico.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

 

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

As our products are made to order we cannot offer refunds, returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible** at support@rebelheartboots.com  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

**Refunds are only eligible for assessment up to 30 days after receipt of the product.
