We recommend that in order to find your correct size you measure the length of your

foot from toe to heel. (Please see the diagram below).

This is easy to do and will only take a few minutes. All you need is a piece of A4 paper,

a pen or pencil, some sticky tape and a 30 cm/12" ruler

​

1. Tape the piece of paper to the floor - to stop the paper slipping. Then place your foot on the paper.

2. Draw around your foot with a pen or pencil.

3. Remove your foot from the paper and you will see an outline.

4. Measure the length of the outline. (From toe to heel)

 

Check your measurement in inches or millimetres against the appropriate size chart*

*for the most accurate measurement we recommend using metric millimetres.
